Competition Rules and Regulations
- All contestants must do an unboxing video of the participation gift box and use the hashtags #allthingsbakedfair #foodcriticlive and post it on their Instagram page
- Dress Code: All Contestants are to be dressed in white. This can be a white bakers uniform or white Tshirt with white apron.
- Only two (2) Team members are allowed at the competition entries display stand
- All contestants must come with a sufficient amount of samples for the Judges and Attendees to taste
- Contestants will be required to fill out a registration form as well as sign these rules and regulations.
- All contestants are to use the last three digits of their Invoice as their entry number.
- A Jar with the with the same number will be given to each contestant for the People’s Choice Votes.
- All work on entries must be done solely by the team members of the contestant.
- All entries must have the recipe attached to it in a ziplock bag or it will not be accepted. An accurate recipe must be submitted with each entry
- Please be sure to read ALL details for the varying categories as to ensure your entry meets the requirements for that category. Entries not placed in a fitting category, will be eliminated
- Contestants are not allowed to bring add-ons to their recipes. For example, cookies should not have accompanying “dips.” We are looking to specifically judge the “baked” goods
- All entries must be setup on display in their booths at the venue no later than 9am on the specific contest days
- BakeMeGolden! entries are to be setup on Friday. AllThingsBaked Pro entries are to be setup on Saturday
- Late entries will not be accepted
- All entries must remain on display until 7pm on each day. Any entry left after 7pm are considered forfeited and become the property of FoodCriticLive to be disposed as seen fit by the organizers
- Neither FoodCriticLive nor her Sponsors will be responsible for any loss or damage to your entries during the Fair
- Qualified judges will conduct judging in both competitions. Judges will resolve a tie and their decisions are final
- Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry in poor taste or that fails to adhere to the rules and regulations of the competition
- Contestants must be present during a Question/Answer Session with the Judges
- All contestants are expected to be physically present for the announcement and accept their prize at that time
- Finalists will be photographed which may be used for future promotional materials by the Sponsors and FoodCriticLive
- FoodCriticLive reserves the right to use all photographs taken at the Fair. Each contestant grants FoodCriticLive and her Sponsors a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, and publicly display any photos taken by FoodCriticLive volunteers or contractors.
