Bring summer fun to your home. Whether you’re hosting friends or having some well-deserved ‘me time’, this cocktail is it. The bad boy of all champagne cocktails combines the tropical fruity flavor of juicy peaches, with the smooth and rich taste of champagne. It takes only 5 minutes to make and here’s how to get it done.
1 cup of ice
2 cups of frozen peach slices (two peaches)
30ml Grenadine syrup
120ml Peach Vodka
355ml Chilled Champagne
45g Powdered Sugar
Cherry or Mint leaves to garnish
In a blender combine frozen peaches, peach vodka, ice, powdered sugar, and half of the champagne. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the remaining champagne. Pour a quarter of the peach mixture into each glass. Add 15ml of Grenadine syrup to each glass and top with the remaining peach mixture.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve. You can also choose to garnish with cherries for the extra pizzazz.
This recipe makes two glasses. If you don’t have champagne, white sparkling wine will do.
