If I had one wish, it will be that Coronavirus ended in 2020. Sadly, there is a second wave upon us like one bad nightmare that doesn’t want to end. One day it will. The sure way to kick this virus in the ass is to strengthen your immune system. It’s time to make a conscious effort to fill your body with vitamins and nutrient-rich smoothies to help it function at its best. Beyond trying out the recipe, and including it in your daily routine, you’ll also need to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Water moves nutrients around within your body and helps your cells to replenish.

This simple recipe incorporates the three main vitamins that gives your immune system the boost it needs; Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B6. Vitamin C keeps your immune system in good shape and fights off diseases. Vitamin E is full of antioxidants and Vitamin B6 helps your body store energy from protein and carbohydrates in foods.

Ingredients

Pineapple
Mango
Banana
Ginger
Turmeric

Step 1 

Blend the roots; ginger and turmeric with half a cup of water until smooth.

Step 2 

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 3 

Serve and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
