Broken.

 

We are so broken.

 

The recent events that have occurred in our great nation has left blood in our food.

 

We were going to celebrate the greatness of street food.

 

How can we celebrate that with blood on the streets.

 

Now there’s blood in our food.

 

Nigeria arise, let there be no more blood in our food.

 

Our hearts goes out to all that have lost someone or lost their business.

 

Wipe your tears, we will overcome.

 

We are in this together.

 

We will rise from the ashes.

 

We will build something better.

 

We will heal.

 

And we will fight for a better Nigeria.

 

To the fallen heroes, we say rest in power.

 

May there be no more blood in our food.
