Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.foodcriticlive.com website (the “Service”) operated by Panther Pulse Limited.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Account Terms
To access and use the services, you must register for a Food Critic Live account by providing your full legal name, business name, current address, phone number, valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the materials you provide to the Food Critic Live Service. All materials you upload remains yours. You can remove your Online fair store at any time by deleting your account.
Fees for the Service will appear on an invoice, which will be sent to the Store owner via email provided. All payments are final; no refunds or exchanges of service/category. All other payments for items sold are to be directly retrieved form the customer upon delivery of items.

6. Limitation of liability
Food Critic Live does not produce, store or inspect any of the meals or items sold through the Online fair. We provide the venue and the items in our marketplace are produced, listed and sold directly by independent sellers. Food Critic Live does not make any warranties about the quality, safety or legality of items sold. Any legal claim related to an item bought will be directly laid against the seller of the item. The Service is released from any claims related to items provide through our Online fair including defective items, misrepresentations by sellers or items that caused physical injury.
7. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, videos, pricing or other information on the on the Services are accurate, current or error free.
All items displayed at the online fair are subject to availability. Vendors must call clients upon receipt of the order to confirm it. All orders must be confirmed within 30 minutes of receipt. All other order guidelines are specified in clause 5 (five) stated above
Food Critic Live will not be held accountable for orders delayed by reasons beyond the vendors control. They include but are not limited to the following: weather, failure of communication networks, traffic etc. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times. Vendors are encouraged to offer free delivery.
10. Force Majeure
Food Critic Live shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (other than one arising from or related to directly or indirectly), strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, and Food Critic Live shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Nigeria and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 20 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
